Kerry's LivestreamMcMillan, Kerry Stewart passed away peacefully on Wednesday 27th of May 2026 aged 78 years. Kerry was much loved son of John and Annie, baby brother of Daphne, Eric and Jeanette. Doted upon husband of Jennifer. Amazing dad of Anne, Georgina and Fiona. Fun Pa to Oscar, Rowan, Sandy and Carly. Respected father-in-law to Emile and Boyd. Passionate Rotarian and longtime character of the Swanson community. Funeral and reception will be held Friday 5th of June at 12.30pm at Morrisons Funerals, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson. I have known Kerry for well over 30 years he was such a great, gentle, and kind person. He always had an awesome smile and laugh he was awesome to spend time with. A true honor to have known him. We had many business and friendship times together. He made friends with my son Ben as well and really went out of his way to look after Ben on various things. What a great person you will always leave me with fond memories in the years to come. I will miss you heaps
Kerry was my landlord for approximately 10 years.
He was a Strong, Hard working , Kind and Honest man.
His word was his bond.
I miss our chats.

The moment you met Kerry you knew he was one of the most generous, kind, selfless "characters:" you would ever have the pleasure of being around. His absense will be felt by everyone including Rotarians throughout New Zealand and his Vanuatu families whose lives were changed forever from his unwavering comittment to give them a better life.
