I have fond memories of Uncle Brian in my childhood. It was always fun to see him and catch up. He had a great laugh and loved to make you laugh. Having a cup of tea and gingernuts was also a fond memory. He will be missed. I am David and Christina's Kontze daughter.
I was sad to hear of your passing Brian. You will live on in the stories, memories and lives of John and Rebecca, your grandchildren and the many others who had the privilege of knowing you. I am so glad I had the chance to know you. Thank you for everything you did for me way back then. You will be missed and thought of with love and laughter xx I have never met anyone who drinks tea the same! :-D

R.I.P Brian, We had not seen you for a few years but we share many memories of the times spent together. You were always a very helpful neighbor and the shared hunting and 4wd trips will be always talked about.
You were a pretty unique brother-in-law Brian. But your love for your whanau shone through above all else. You will be missed.
