Such a lovely service. Although away from NZ for many years I will always remember Aunty Gwen's cheeky smile, laugh and Irish accent. We reconnected on Facebook in 2019 and she would always comment on my marathon exploits and tell me how envious Keith was, but then tell me about his running days with John Walker. She also sent me lots of photos of my dad John Giles, the older brother, with Keith and Kevin. Gwen always had kind words to say and messaged when she could. I miss all my NZ Giles family so much. Love to you all, Darrell.

I just wanted to send our condolences to Keith, Roy and families from all of the Maguinnes family here in Ireland. It was a lovely service for Gwen and was obviously loved and respected by so many. She was definitely Irish with her quick wit and "embarrassingly" chatting to everyone. Thank you for sharing the service.

Although life took us on different paths, I will always be grateful for the time I shared with you and for having known you. I will remember your kindness, your strength and the love you had for your family. Thank you for the memories and for the part you played in my life.

Rest peacefully. You will always be remembered with love.

Sending love and care to you Keith,Roy and Dalton and all Gwens extended family. May the memories you share bring comfort to each of you today and in the weeks ahead. We send our love. Was special to think of her being named after mom/grandma Kaye. Wish we could have lived closer to share today but please know you are in our hearts. Love the Canadian Delaneys.

Will always remember Gwen with fond memories. Her singing voice was beautiful and will treasurer the CD of her songs that she made. Rest in Peace.
