Peter was a great character, he will be very much missed. I have been his accountant for the last 15 years and we have always enjoyed our chats about all things cricket. I am very glad that I was able to see him a few weeks ago. Despite his situation he had a big smile and we had a good chat.

Peter will be sadly missed. He was a very special cousin and always had many good stories to tell. I have many fond memories from Whangapoua holidays where Uncle Denny and Auntie Dorothy & my parents Pat & Zane Fernandez had baches. Our sincere condolences to the extended family - Ave & Tom Ackroyd
