We are so sorry to hear of Nicola’s passing. Many a happy West Auckland memory of growing up together comes back to mind when I think of Nicola & you all. Thinking of you all at this difficult time, from the Montgomery family x

To Nicola’s Family and Friends,
My name is Duncan and whilst most of you would have no idea who I am you can see me as an otherwise random face in one of the pictures from the Tribute. I’m Chris Austin’s cousin and a long time ago I spent a lot of time there in Auckland due to work. I was deeply saddened when I heard the news and whilst I cannot imagine the loss and pain you are all experiencing I hope it gives some modicum of comfort to know some from far away and a long time ago still remembered Nicola and feels the echo of her loss.

I am struggling to put words down to describe the amazing woman that Nicola was and will always be in my heart and memories. Working with Nicola for so many years brought so much wisdom and knowledge into my life. If I had a problem we would work it out together and then Nicola would go straight into research mode coming up with the article to back the solution. We had lots of laughter and sometimes tears together as we shared special moments with each other. Nicola's love for her family was so evident in all that she did. She will never be forgotten and I will continue to pray that her strength, even now, holds you all together.

I'm so sorry for your loss!
Nicola was an amazing, strong mother to her two boys and her loss will be felt for a long time to come ❤️ it was a privilege to have been able to support Nicola and Kaden through his Early Childhood journey.
