Hello James, family and friends,

We, Alex, Gavin and Julie, feel deeply for you all at this the saddest of times in your lives. Our hearts go out to you and want you to know that we are with you every step of the way as you take leave of Nancy. She leaves a great hole in all our lives – most of all understandably in yours James. My God, how hard this is for you, Samantha and Jamie. We send you all our love and strength to help you through these difficult days.

We shall all miss Nancy`s warm caring for others, her humour and her smile. So much to look back on – your visits to us here in Switzerland, times spent in our garden, the many, many video calls, both in times of sadness as well as the better times, sharing light hearted exchanges – chats which I, Alex, particularly looked forward to and now warmly look back on. These, now memories, are moments to treasure. We hope you will also look back fondly on such times and perhaps find some solace in recalling just how well life has for the main part treated us.

We wish you many such moments in the weeks, months and years ahead. We will be with you all the way.

Love from us all: Alex, Julie & Marco, Gavin & Regula as well as Marcus & Christine and their
boys, David & Jonas,
to all of you.
